What a fantastic day we had at RAC Pony Club Centre Plus during our Half-Term Team Show Jumping Competition! The event brought together riders, families, and supporters for a full day of excitement, skill, and team spirit — and it was one to remember.

For the first time ever, our show jumping continued well into the evening, running right through until 6pm, thanks to our brand-new floodlights. The arena sparkled under the lights, and the atmosphere was truly electric!

This year’s competition was extra special as it hosted the Area 14 Pony Club 40cm, 50cm, and 60cm qualifiers for Bicton 2026 (August). With over 120 competitors taking part, the standard of riding was exceptional, and the sense of camaraderie between teams was inspiring to see.

After the Area classes wrapped up, the action continued with a series of unaffiliated show jumping classes ranging from 70cm to 1 metre. These classes gave riders of all ages and abilities the opportunity to take on new challenges and celebrate their progress in a supportive and lively environment.

We’d like to offer a huge congratulations to all our riders who took part, and especially to those who have qualified for Bicton 2026 — what an incredible achievement!
