RAC Saddle Club
General The RAC Saddle Club is once again organising three camps to be held at Bovington during July and August of this year. Each camp will last for three days (Four days for senior camp) and it is intended that those children who participate will spend two nights in porta cabins (three for senior camp) supervised by the staff. The detailed daily programme is shown below.
RAC Saddle Club
Accommodation & Clothing The accommodation for the children will be in a porta-cabin, camp beds will not be provided by the Saddle Club. An Instructor will be on hand each night to care for the children. A suggested list of items that the children should bring with them is attached, it is only a provisional list and parents are encouraged to add to it bearing in mind both the short duration of stay and the fact that the Saddle Club cannot accept any responsibility for personal and expensive items lost or damaged.

Feeding
Arrangements
The feeding arrangements will be with the Saddle Club.
RAC Saddle Club
Charges The Charges for participation are listed over. Those charges will cover the cost of providing food, accommodation, instruction and a pony for the duration of each camp. Those members attending with their own pony/horse are subject to a slightly reduced rate as are the juniors who will not be staying at the yard overnight.
RAC Saddle Club
Numbers We will endeavor to ensure that all children get a chance to ride the pony of their choice at some stage during their camp. Parents and Guardians of children wishing to attend this year's camp are requested to complete the attached form and return it as soon as possible with your remittance to the Chief Instructor to avoid disappointment.
